A resenha do livro salienta as bases teoricas da antropologia digital, bem como ressalta como as relacoes socio-culturais mediadas pela Webcam ganham novos contornos no mundo contemporaneo: a reflexao sobre a auto-consciencia, a nocao de lugar e intimidade, os sentidos de pertencimentos familiares e afetivos.
