The paper investigates the relevance of institutional campaigns on the platform YouTube for the formation of discussion networks about women's rights. We analyzed four campaigns (between 2016 and 2018) which took place right after the so-called Brazilian feminist spring. Based on the data, we argue that such efforts integrate YouTube strategies to build imaginaries about the platform as a space for democratic agendas. The campaigns also fostered subsequent collaborations between the participants, indicating the platform's relevant institutional role in strengthening the networks analyzed. However, from an intersectional perspective, the preponderance of white women chosen for the actions stands out, reinforcing a place of privilege for whiteness when discussing issues related to feminism.
